Amanda Henderson-Mark’s career in interior design started after she finished studying in Australia and moved to England. She worked as an in-store decorator for Liberty on Regents Street in London and later as a decorator for the iconic fabric and wallpaper company Osborne and Little in Chelsea. “My experiences in London were life changing for me as a decorator. I learned anything is possible when decorating. There are no rules.”
Amanda became interested in European decorating styles where old was mixed with new in a very different way to what was being done in Australia at the time. Amanda also worked for various fabric companies in Melbourne including Wardlaw and Mokum Textiles, and specialised in textiles, furniture and all soft furnishings.
